Crafted in hand-woven Jamdani cotton from West Bengal, India by generational weavers, the dress softens with every wash, becoming more you with time.

This piece is made from handwoven Jamdani, one of India’s most intricate and time-honored textile traditions, with roots tracing back to Bengal’s royal courts. Woven entirely by hand on traditional looms, Jamdani involves inserting motifs into the fabric using extra weft threads that are not printed or embroidered, but built into the weave itself.
Each meter of Jamdani can take days to weeks to complete, depending on its complexity. The process requires deep focus and an almost meditative rhythm, passed down from master weaver to apprentice over generations.
