Return & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is incorrect or damaged.

  • The request for exchange is submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product to be exchanged is shipped within 7 days of return acceptance.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.

To initiate an exchange, email hi@maikaiclothing.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with relevant photographs. Upon approval, the customer must return the item using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that MAIKAI does not offer reverse pickup. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which are non-refundable. MAIKAI is not liable for any items lost or delayed in return transit and items that do not meet the above criteria will be deemed ineligible for exchange.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Customisation or Measurement Submissions

Products made to order based on measurements or customisation details provided by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned for errors in submission. MAIKAI is not responsible for incorrect sizing, fit issues, or custom design specifications entered during checkout.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers will be issued a gift card equivalent to the original purchase amount, valid for future use on maikaiclothing.com.

Sample Sale Policy

All products purchased during sample sales, discount promotions, or clearance sales are considered final sale and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Gift Cards

Items purchased using gift cards are not eligible for refund. In the case of a return request (if permitted), the corresponding gift amount will be reissued in the form of a digital gift certificate.
