We operate Monday to Friday, excluding Indian national and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email. Shipping timelines may vary per product and are mentioned on individual product pages. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or rerouted.
MAIKAI partners with third-party logistics and shipping providers. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, all responsibility for delivery timelines rests with the logistics partner. MAIKAI shall not be held liable for shipping delays, transit damage, or delivery failure resulting from actions of the third-party courier.
Please note, all custom duties and/or import taxes that may apply for shipping outside India is the responsibility of our international customer.
