Mayūra Jacket

The raincoat was Maikai's favorite monsoon companion. It had a delightful sweet rubber smell that was the harbinger of the pitter patter on her head as she ran from her classroom to the school bus. It encompasses the nostalgia of the myriad of scents from tiffin boxes and chatter of her friends surrounding a kid that had a special object pressed in one of her books- a peacock feather. What a splendid sight, glistening majestically, in hues of blue and green!
